Pending election, teachers and board set to enter negotiations

With a ground rules meeting this month, formal contract negotiations are set to start between the RBEA and the D208 school board.  RBEA President Doug Schultz, Superintendent Kevin Skinkis, and Board President Matt Sinde are all slated to participate in the negotiations.
