Within the past couple days, Riverside Brookfield High School has experienced a few issues with the announcement systems.

The morning and afternoon announcements have occasionally come to a sudden halt, since students returned from break.

“The problem  with the intercom system is intermittent,” says Maura Kennedy, administrative assistant to the principal. “The problem has been addressed. We have contacted our contractor, Interstate,  who knows the mechanics behind this system and they have come out a couple times now to try to resolve the problem.”

Until the situation is resolved, the RBHS administration would like to encourage students to continuously check their emails and to keep up with the student bulletin found on the RBHS website.

The morning and afternoon announcements will be back and functioning properly as soon as possible.
