Sports play a major role in any High School in America, they can serve as a way for students to stay active, provide entertainment, and bring a community together. Riverside Brookfield High School has 28 varsity sports, and although some may get more attention than others, the Clarion seeks to give each team it’s time in the spotlight by featuring one athlete from each sport at RB. Members of the Clarion staff were randomly assigned a sport, for which they had to pick one athlete with an interesting or unique story and write a brief feature on them.
