RB Football Parents

Parents apply a lot to the football team. They help the players in many ways to positively affect their playing on the field and keep players hydrated and fulfilled. The parents volunteer their free time to work concessions and bring food to the players for team dinners. Most importantly, they are a huge support for the team and they constantly bring motivation.

“There are a lot of parents that donate things, and they give us food for team dinners. During the halftime performance, we get gatorade and sometimes snacks from them. They’re always there for us and supporting us no matter what’s going on,” said Varsity Player Marco Mendez.

They are constantly able to donate their own time and money for these student athletes. Without the volunteers for concessions, fans would have no food or drinks to enjoy during the football games. The parents are always stepping in to fill spots as volunteers to help out the team.

“They’re definitely one of the biggest supporters of the team. Like I said, they bring us food for team dinners on Thursday nights, and they help us and encourage us to strive for greatness and be our best,” said Mendez.

The parents encourage the kids to do their best and they are consistently bringing food, drinks, and support towards the players every week of the season. They are dedicated to the players all season long and bring a lot to the table.

Having a person or persons who are close to a player, and that are there to support them to be their greatest, gives players a big boost in confidence. They want the best for the players, and are doing the most to help these kids exceed in football.
