Eric Rangel

I’ve been in Clarion since sophomore year through senior year and I can confidently say that it was one of the best choices I made during the time at RB. It is a really nice class that teaches you a lot of skills and lets you have a creative outlet through the many different articles you can write. There are just so many things you can do. You can write articles about sports on a national level as well as a school level, about things that are happening in school to stuff that has happened around Riverside and Brookfield, about movies or music or games. I was able to find a way to share my feelings and opinions on games that I loved and I really connected and loved the experience.

I’ll keep my words short and sweet: if you love writing anything, join Clarion. Even if you think you won’t like it, it will never hurt to try. Don’t be distracted by the what-if’s, should-have’s, and if-only’s. The one thing you choose for yourself – that is your truth.
