First snowfall of the season not until January

Snowfall came ironically after the publishing of Clarion’s “Winter without Snow” multimedia feature. Coincidence? We think not!

The first major snowfall of the season took place Thursday January 12th. The much awaited snow was about a month too late for the holidays, but still appreciated by a majority of the RB students. Accumulation ended up around 6 inches by the time it was done. It didn’t delay school, create massive traffic headaches on First Avenue, or otherwise impact the day, but it was nice to break out the sleds and the snowman hats. Take a quick peek at the weather with our slideshow.
